Tackwood Services are a family run business that has been operating in St Neots since 1971. We offer a range of services from our purpose built warehouse, ideally situated close to the A1.

The business was founded by Dave and Ann Woodward as a transport company who built up a solid and trusted reputation for quality of service with a personal approach.

Both Sean and Dionne Woodward followed into the family firm starting in 1986 and 1988 respectively where upon they developed another successful partnership and inspired growth and diversity in building up the maintenance aspect of the business.

The enviable reputation for quality of service and commitment gained over 35 years in business within the transport sector has helped to achieve the same standard of service and commitment in the growing service department.

We have now cemented our position within the transport and vehicle maintenance sectors having built a defensible position within the market place acquiring more market share, as we have become better known within the local community. We have achieved this by ensuring repeat custom through our efficient, reliable service ensuring customer satisfaction every time, all of the time.
